Magnolia Soap & Bath Co. – Wichita
About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable person who enjoys helping customers and staying busy with a variety of hands-on tasks. At our locally owned Wichita store, you’ll assist shoppers, make and package bath, body, and home products, host parties, and help keep the store clean and organized.
This position involves both customer service and behind-the-scenes work. You should be comfortable switching between helping a customer, preparing products, restocking shelves, and cleaning throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, answer questions, and help them choose products and gifts.
- Learn about our products, scents, and ingredients so you can confidently offer recommendations and demonstrations.
- Operate the register, process payments, and handle cash accurately.
- Make select bath, body, and home products by following recipes, instructions, and safety procedures.
- Package, label, and prepare products for sale.
- Host and assist with parties, classes, and group events, including setup and cleanup.
- Restock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain attractive displays.
- Complete routine cleaning and janitorial duties, including floors, restrooms, work areas, and trash removal.
- Answer phone calls professionally and assist with customer questions.
- Work closely with the team and help with other daily store tasks as needed.
