What You Will Receive

• Base salary of $75,000 to $80,000 per year, based on experience

What You Will Do as a Physical Therapist

• Perform comprehensive orthopedic evaluations
• Develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care
• Use clinical reasoning to identify movement limitations, contributing factors, and opportunities for meaningful improvement
• Apply manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, movement-based interventions, and progressive loading strategies
• Educate patients so they understand their condition, treatment plan, and role in the recovery process
• Build strong therapeutic relationships that improve trust, engagement, and consistency
• Progress and adjust treatment plans based on patient response and measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with experienced Physical Therapists to discuss cases, improve decision-making, and strengthen clinical skills
• Document efficiently using systems designed to reduce unnecessary after-hours work
• Help patients return to the activities that matter most with greater strength, mobility, independence, and confidence
