**The District reserves the right to close the recruitment regardless of the date or length of the posting period** Start date: 8/1/26 Work Schedule: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm (Subject to change by District) DEFINITION Under the supervision of the Food Service Director or designee, independently directs, plans, participates, organizes and coordinates the operation of an assigned group of school kitchens within established standards to ensure nutritional, health, safety, sanitation; performs a variety of highly skilled duties in support of the overall operations of the Food Service Department; adheres to recipes, regulations, and standards; oversees the operation of scratch cooking kitchens. Performs other related work as necessary or required.
Requirements / Qualifications
Required Experience: Three (3) years of experience in quantity food preparation; Scratch cooking in a commercial, institutional or school food service setting; Three (3) years as a Food Service Assistant Manager (preferred) Educational Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent; Maintain current valid Safety and Sanitation Certificate This position requires that applicants must hold a valid California Driver License.
This position is only open to current Classified Magnolia School District employees. This includes Permanent Classified, Substitute Classified, and Classified Confidential.
