Make outbound calls to potential mortgage customers.
Connect customers with the right mortgage professionals.
Follow scripts verbatim while delivering top-notch service.
Track and code calls accurately for reporting.
Meet or exceed individual and team goals.
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
