Mortgage Consumer Direct – Call Center Agent (In-Office)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $16–$18/hour Uncapped Commission
Magnolia Bank is seeking motivated, resilient professionals to join our Mortgage Consumer Direct Outbound Call Center. This is a sales-driven, production-based role, not a traditional customer service position.
As a Call Center Agent, you will make high-volume outbound calls to homeowners who have opted in for mortgage information. Success in this role requires confidence, consistency, coachability, and the ability to handle rejection while staying focused on performance goals.
What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound sales calls to potential mortgage customers
- Follow approved call scripts verbatim while sounding natural and professional
- Handle objections and rejection confidently and move on to the next call
- Transfer qualified customers to licensed mortgage professionals
- Accurately code and disposition calls for reporting and compliance
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly production metrics
- Participate in coaching, feedback sessions, and team meetings
