About the role: The Human Resources Business Partner at magniX will support people-related operations, including benefits management, compliance, performance management, and recruiting. They will be part of a small Human Resources team and work to improve existing processes to ensure employee engagement and satisfaction. They’ll also be trusted advisors, providing HR counsel across the organization and managing employee relations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now software to manage employee benefits, supporting annual rollout process.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices.
- Develop and administer HR policies, including maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of employees.
- Assist in managing end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes (including new hire orientation, exit interviews, and termination procedures).
- Assess training needs and initiate and monitor training programs (i.e., safety training, anti-harassment training, CPR training).
- Support HR programs (performance reviews, surveys, personal development plans)
- Develop HR metrics and data analytics to identify trends and recommend solutions.
- Support employee life-cycle activities, events, well-being, employee recognition programs, and team activities.
- Support the talent acquisition process when necessary, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified job applicants.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related discipline.
- 5 years of relevant work experience
- HRIS platform experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- ADP Workforce Now experience
- SHRM-CP/SCP or HRCI PHR/SPHR certifications
Location: Applicants must be willing and able to commute to magniX's location in Everett, Washington.

Salary Range: $110k-$150k
