Reporting & Dashboard Development

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Deliver accurate, timely, and business-focused reporting solutions for stakeholders.

Business Requirements Gathering

• Partner with business teams to understand reporting and analytics needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable deliverables.

Data Quality & Governance

• Validate and monitor data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across multiple data sources.
• Investigate data discrepancies and implement corrective actions to ensure data integrity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with business, operations, and technology teams to enable data-driven decisions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through analytics and reporting expertise.

Process Optimization

• Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and streamline data workflows.
• Recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and analytical capabilities.

• Strong experience with Power BI dashboard development and data visualization.
• Advanced SQL skills, including writing complex queries and data extraction.

• Experience working with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
• Knowledge of data modeling, statistical analysis, and data engineering fundamentals.
