Responsibilities:
Support contract renewals, including stakeholder alignment, spend forecasting, and facilitation of internal approval processes
Support and facilitate RFIs, vendor exploration, and market research
Design, implement, and maintain operational governance frameworks, SOPs, and controls to ensure consistent, auditable processes across teams
Drive spend and usage analysis to inform budget forecasting and contract negotiation prep; track invoices and establish reporting to improve hygiene and transparency
Prepare governance reporting and materials for leadership
Facilitate change management and drive operational streamlining
Partner closely and effectively with team members and key stakeholders across sourcing, finance, product management, engineering, and operations
Own coordination, timeline planning, and cross-functional meetings/follow-ups to ensure successful delivery across a complex execution space
Support Travel & Expense (T&E) analysis across Fraud and Safety Operations, including spend by team, performance against forecast, budget release opportunities, and areas requiring tighter controls.
Help build the T&E reporting/program structure from the ground up.
Develop and maintain SOPs, processes, governance models, controls, and reporting frameworks.
Qualifications:
Approximately 5 years of relevant experience
Strong Business Analyst, Business Operations, or Program or Project Management background
Highly organized and execution-oriented; able to bring structure to developing programs.
Comfortable operating in a complex, cross-functional environment and driving work forward without formal authority.
Able to translate data and operational information into concise, executive-level communication for business insight.
