Position Overview
We're currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role involves meeting directly with business clients, providing information, answering questions, and delivering a positive customer experience in a professional, face-to-face environment.
This position is primarily customer service focused, with a small sales component that involves identifying client needs and helping connect businesses with appropriate services when applicable.
Responsibilities
• Meet with business clients in scheduled, in-person appointments
• Provide accurate information regarding services and offerings
• Answer client questions and address concerns professionally
• Deliver exceptional customer service during all interactions
• Assist clients in understanding available service options
• Maintain organized records of meetings and follow-up activities
• Build positive relationships with new and existing business clients
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development
