Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and support face-to-face interactions with business clients. This role focuses on providing clear information, answering questions, and ensuring a professional and positive experience during each client visit.
You’ll be working in a business-to-business environment where communication, consistency, and attention to detail are important.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Meet with business clients in scheduled, in-person settings
- Provide accurate information about services and assist with client questions
- Deliver a high level of customer service in every interaction
- Maintain organized records of daily meetings and follow-ups
- Build professional relationships with new and existing clients
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
