Responsibilities
- Answer and manage inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Conduct outbound collection calls as directed by the team.
- Respond to customer emails according to established procedures and team guidance.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, including calls, emails, payment arrangements, disputes, notes, and follow-up actions in MAM.
- Assist customers with available payment options, verify payment receipt, and process credit card authorizations when applicable.
- Maintain a professional demeanor during all customer interactions while adhering to company collection policies and communication standards.
- Complete assigned tasks within scheduled work hours and communicate unresolved issues to the team to ensure seamless follow-up and continuity.
Qualifications
- Compensation ranges from $20–$22 per hour, based on experience.
- Previous customer service, collections, accounts receivable, or call center experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
