What you will be doing:
We are looking for a strong individual who has a good understanding of all CNC machining and programming operations. Ability to develop instructions, program and operate equipment such as 3 axis CNC mill and 2 axis CNC lathe, it’s a plus if know 5 axis CNC Mill, Mill turn multi axis, dual spindles and dual turrets with live tool
Responsibilities:
- Work with managers and management to optimize productivity through maximized efficiency in machining programming and procedures.
- Understand and utilize safety standards and precautions.
- Use of CAD/CAM software: Master Cam to program machines 3 CNC Mill, 2 axis CNC Lathe
- Set-up tooling and fixture for processes.
- Determine best tooling and cutting speeds/feeds and tool paths for material.
- Maintaining all revision control on programs and setup documentation
- Provides consistent ideas for process improvements.
- Assures continuous production and alerts management when production is or may be compromised.
- Able to work on multiple machines at the same time.
- Able to work overtime on deadlines and on weekends when needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Preferred Degreed or certificate CNC programmer.
- 5 years CNC Programming with Master Cam, set up and operating equipment such as experience 3 axis CNC Mill, 2 axis CNC Lathe.
- Master Cam experience.

- Must have strong mechanical aptitude and be self-motivated.
- Ability to work hands on individually as well as with others as a team.
- Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner.

Salary info:
$40 - $50 / hr
