Primary Responsibilities
- Create and manage provider disruption reports, projecting penetration and savings amounts for prospective customers
- Responsible for prospective client GeoAccess mapping for various network offerings
- Conduct analysis specific to the medical economics underlying provider financial arrangements in support of new business, client and provider retention efforts
- Provide analytical support to Hospital & Provider Contracting during negotiations
- Oversee various standardized and ad hoc reporting needs across several departments
- Manage lists of particular providers, by certain regions and specialties, and cost effectiveness of those providers and facilities to our customers
- Create and maintain analytical models which provide support to the team
- Publish and maintain monthly calendar of reports
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelors' degree in mathematics, finance or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Management Studio
- Experience with financial reporting and financial modeling
- Strong analytic and technical skills
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize several concurrent projects under tight timeframes
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Flexible team player understanding the value of peer review
- Familiar with Quest Analytics GeoAccess Software preferred
