Customer Sales Associate

What You'll Do

• Help customers find the AT&T products and services that best fit their needs
• Educate customers on wireless plans, devices, and promotions
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout each interaction
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Meet individual and team performance goals
• Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training
