Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of rental properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and common areas.
- Perform detailed floor care, including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness.
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels to ensure availability for guests.
- Restock supplies like toiletries, cleaning products, and essentials to guarantee each property is guest-ready.
- Conduct regular sanitation procedures to uphold health standards and prevent the spread of germs.
- Handle light cooking tasks or meal prep as needed to enhance guest comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by communicating professionally with guests or property managers regarding cleaning schedules or special requests.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods.
- Experience with laundry services and handling various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, and mops.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with property owners or managers effectively.
