Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeper / Airbnb Cleaning Specialist to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall presentation of residential and short-term rental properties.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of Airbnb rentals, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Ensure all areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and outdoor patios
- Making beds and organizing linens and towels with care and efficiency
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, carpet cleaning, and polishing to preserve the appearance of all flooring types
- Execute sanitation procedures in kitchens and bathrooms to meet health standards and guest expectations
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, linens, and kitchen essentials to ensure readiness for upcoming bookings or residents
- Communicate professionally with staff regarding specific cleaning requests or concerns
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, janitorial work or commercial cleaning environments
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry management
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail while managing multiple properties efficiently
- Experience in housekeeper management or supervising cleaning teams is a plus
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, bend, lift heavy items safely, and perform repetitive tasks effectively
Pay: $20.60 - $35.00 per hour
