We are looking for customer friendly people who are comfortable with ice skating and ice slides while maintaining safety standards. Must be able to work holidays, weekday evenings and weekends as needed. Positions needed to be filled are:
- Slide Attendants -- Providing outstanding customer service, giving out and returning ice slide tubes, maintaining a clean guest area and helping guests as needed. Hard Working, Good Communication and Positive Attitude are very important.
- Rental Attendants -- Providing outstanding customer service, giving out & returning rental skates, maintaining a clean guest area & helping guests as needed. Hard Working, Good Communication and Positive Attitude are very important.
- Skate Guards/Ice Monitors - Maintaining safe ice skating conditions for all guests & assisting patrons as needed. Good Ice Skating skills are REQUIRED ; First Aid and giving outstanding Guest Service are a plus.
- Supervisors and Zamboni drivers - Must have prior management experience. Candidates must exhibit excellent communication skills and be able to multi-task while providing outstanding customer service in addition to maintaining a clean & safe environment! Any affiliations or teaching certificates within the ice skating industry may be helpful.
***MUST BE ABLE TO WORK HOLIDAYS, WEEKDAYS AND WEEKDAY EVENINGS AS NEEDED! All employees must be able to remain standing and move around for the full duration of your shift. This is a seasonal, part time job. The venue is in operation through the middle of January!
