Customer Concierge

The role
We are looking for a people focused Customer Concierge who enjoys helping others and can keep things running smoothly. You will be the forward-facing contact for our retail partners and the person they turn to when they need guidance. You will walk them through placing orders, help with return situations, release merchandise to ship, collect payments, and support their day-to-day needs. You will also set up new retail accounts and make sure all documentation is complete, so each shop stays in good standing.
This is a busy role that moves fast, and you will need strong communication, solid judgment, and the ability to stay steady when things get a little hectic. You will build long term relationships, help shops grow, and work closely with in house teams to keep everything on track. Most of all, you will play a big part in delivering the high level of care that Maggie is known for.
What you will do
• Act as the main contact between our retailers and the Maggie teams
• Help shops with product questions, order placement, tracking, and success programs
• Support return requests and keep communication clear and calm
• Release merchandise to ship and help keep orders moving
• Collect payments and assist with billing and AR inquiries
• Create and maintain retail account files and confirm paperwork is complete
• Help retailers build healthy financial habits
• Communicate clearly in all situations, even when conversations are tough
• Handle emotional or difficult moments with patience and composure
• Manage your time well and juggle several tasks throughout the day
• Stay reliable in attendance, follow through, and quality of work
• Adapt when things shift and support company policies and initiatives
