Balanced Wealth Management is dedicated to empowering clients through exceptional financial planning and investment strategies. We’re seeking a detail-oriented, motivated, client-focused Wealth Management Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about helping clients build financial confidence and eager to grow in the wealth management industry.

Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 Base Salary Bonus and Incentive Opportunities

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication
• Support advisors by preparing meeting materials, reports, and follow-up items
• Conduct financial research and investment analysis, providing data-driven insights
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM and financial planning software
• Process new business paperwork, coordinate with product providers, and assist with day-to-day office operations
• Build and maintain Excel-based tools and reports used for planning, analysis, and client presentations

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of experience in financial services (preferably in a planning or advisory firm)
• Strong understanding of financial planning concepts, investment strategies, and financial products
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), CRM systems, and financial planning tools
• A proactive, growth-minded attitude and desire to make an impact
