Requirements:Responsibilities:
- Support senior analysts & project managers in defining program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with contract requirements.
- Analyze cost, schedule, and performance metrics, including variance analysis, trend identification, and forecasting to support proactive decision-making.
- Assist in risk identification, assessment, mitigation planning, and contribute to corrective action strategies.
- Ensure project documentation aligns with DoD compliance standards, contractual requirements, and applicable federal guidelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to track progress and identify challenges.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending better practices.
- Maintain data integrity across projects and ensure accurate reporting of performance metrics.
Competencies:
- Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and financial software
- Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles
- Ability to communicate technical findings effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-9 years of experience in project analysis or project management role
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar performance measurement systems
- Must be able to effectively communicate – oral and written
- High attention to detail and self-motivation
- Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and program management systems preferred
- Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance quickly
- Current US SECRET Security Clearance strongly preferred
Salary Information:
The estimated salary rage for this position will be $79,000 - 93,600 annually based on the successful candidates experience, qualifications, skill set, work location, and market conditions. Pay and Benefits are subject to change at any time and may be modified at the discretion of the company.
