StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Program/Project Management Analyst, Journeyman in Patuxent River MD. The Program/Project Management Analyst, Journeyman will be responsible for but no limited to the following requirements.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $93,500.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets. StraCon offers competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, short/long-term disability, and 401(k) retirement plans, as well as a paid time off programs for eligible full-time employees. Eligible part-time employees are able to participate in the 401(k) retirement plans and may be eligible for state or contract required paid time off programs.

StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Program/Project Management Analyst, Journeyman in Patuxent River MD. The Program/Project Management Analyst, Journeyman will be responsible for but no limited to the following requirements.
Essential Job Duties:
- Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
- Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, and business case analyses.
- Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
- Tracks program/project status and schedules.
- N/A
- Journeyman - 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
- At least (1) year of NAVAIR program management, technical, and business analysis discipline, related to acquisition and life cycle management.
- BA/BS degree
- Allowable Substitution for BA/BS Degree:
- Associate’s Degree plus Two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. OR:
- Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
