Qualifications
- 10 years of SAP FICO experience with 5 years supporting SAP S/4HANA in a manufacturing environment
- Experience across SAP Record-to-Report processes, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Financial Close, and Reporting, with specialization in either FI or CO (Product Costing, Margin Analysis, Project Systems, PMMO, RAR)
- Proven success supporting SAP implementations or large-scale enhancements, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, cutover, and hypercare
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner across Finance, Manufacturing, and IT; accounting or CPA background
