Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle L2/L3 support tickets (incident, problem, service requests)
- Perform debugging, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
- Develop and support ABAP objects (Reports, Enhancements, Forms, Interfaces)
- Work on EWM and PP-related issues and enhancements
- Support IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and integrations (PI/PO/BTP)
- Collaborate with functional teams and ensure SLA compliance
- 5 years of SAP ABAP development experience
- Strong experience in SAP EWM and PP modules
- Expertise in Enhancements (BAdIs, User Exits), ALV, Forms
- Experience with IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs
- Hands-on experience in AMS / production support environment
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
- Experience with S/4HANA
- Exposure to SAP PI/PO or BTP integrations
- Knowledge of RF framework / warehouse processes in EWM
