We are seeking a bilingual Human Resources Generalist with well-rounded HR experience to support employees and managers throughout the organization. This position offers strong growth potential and will focus primarily on HR compliance, benefits administration, recruitment, and employee lifecycle processes.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of building strong relationships with managers while serving as a trusted resource for employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer coordination, and pre-employment requirements.
- Coordinate new-hire orientation and onboarding to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Manage employee offboarding, including termination documentation, exit interviews, final payroll coordination, and benefits notifications.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration while maintaining accurate employee information.
- Support employee relations and help managers address performance, attendance, and workplace concerns.
- Serve as an HR resource for employees and managers regarding policies, procedures, benefits, and workplace matters.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Assist with developing, communicating, and consistently applying HR policies and procedures.
- Support HR reporting, compliance initiatives, and additional departmental projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
- At least three years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or comparable HR role.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll support, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and handle confidential information professionally.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS or payroll systems.
- Interest in growing professionally and taking on additional HR responsibilities as the organization expands.
Salary : $85,000 - $90,000
