What are the responsibilities and job description for the In Home Caregiver position at MAE's Caregivers?
13-hour shift on Sunday or Wednesday nights helping a lady with spastic cerebral palsy throughout the night. Sundays are preferred. Upon arrival Helping her get into bed. All transfers are done with a hoyer lift. At 10:00 PM and 2:00 AM helping her with the bedpan. Between those times is down time doing a quiet activity. Walking/ assist in feeding her service dog, MAE Is required usually about 6:00 AM. Then helping get out of bed, getting onto the toilet, and helping with breakfast.
