Job Overview
A to Z Adult Family Home LLC is currently hiring compassionate, dependable, and flexible caregivers to join our growing team. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing quality care and supporting adults in a home-like environment.
Requirements
- Current CBRF Medication Administration certification is REQUIRED to apply.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications according to physician orders and facility policies.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility).
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
- Complete accurate documentation, including daily notes and medication records (MARs).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
- Support residents with community outings and recreational activities.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly.
- Follow all DHS regulations and company policies.
Schedule
We are looking for caregivers who have flexibility to work various shifts, including:
- 1st Shift
- 2nd Shift
- 3rd Shift
- Weekends and holidays as needed
