- Perform specialized procedures such as spinal taps and sterile processing.
- Provide care for patients in various settings, including Level I and Level II Trauma Centers.
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in their condition.
- Document patient information accurately using medical terminology and PCC.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care effectively.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of trauma medicine and emergency response protocols.
- Proficiency in performing dialysis procedures when necessary.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, specifically PCC.
