Position Overview

We are hiring a performance-focused Acupuncturist to join our clinical team.

This role is built for treating:

• Musculoskeletal pain
• Sports injuries
• Post-operative recovery
• Chronic pain conditions
• Active and athletic populations

This is a medical environment. Patients expect results, precision, and clear direction.

What You Will Do

Clinical Care

• Perform detailed patient assessments and functional evaluations
• Identify pain patterns, mobility limits, and recovery barriers
• Deliver targeted acupuncture treatments with consistency
• Apply sports-focused techniques including trigger point work and recovery protocols
• Adjust care plans based on patient progress and team input

Patient Experience

• Set clear expectations around outcomes and timelines
• Educate patients on recovery, mobility, and lifestyle support
• Maintain a professional, structured clinical interaction

Documentation & Compliance

• Document all care accurately in EMR
• Follow clinical protocols and infection control standards
• Maintain clean, organized treatment spaces

Team Integration

• Collaborate with MDs, DOs, PTs, and other providers
• Participate in coordinated care plans
• Contribute to a high-performance clinical culture

Qualifications

Required

• Active NJ acupuncture license
• Strong understanding of MSK conditions and anatomy
• Experience in pain management or trigger point therapy
• CPR and BLS certification
• Full-time availability with rotating Saturdays

Preferred

• Sports medicine experience
• Experience treating athletes or rehab patients
• Electroacupuncture or cupping experience
• Background in multidisciplinary settings
