Responsibilities
- Build and manage financial models across acquisitions, project financings, and new investments
- Support debt, tax equity, and refinancing transactions end to end
- Prepare investment memos and returns analysis for senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with Origination on competitive offtake pricing and development-stage opportunities
- Lead or support due diligence and third-party coordination
Ideal Candidate
- 2 to 6 years in renewables, clean energy development, infrastructure, utilities, investment banking, or a related investing or financing role
- Strong financial modeling skills and comfort with complex capital structures
- Exposure to project finance, tax equity, or infrastructure transactions a strong plus
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
