Job Details
- Salary: From $65,000 to $95,000 per year
- Job Type: Full Time
- Location: Phillipsburg, NJ 08865
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their needs with empathy and understanding.
- Schedule appointments and maintain clear communication with customers throughout the repair process.
- Collaborate with insurance companies to prepare accurate estimates, supplements, and process payments.
- Work with customers and technicians to identify necessary repairs and offer additional services when appropriate.
- Enter detailed itemized estimates into repair orders and clearly explain these to customers.
- Oversee parts ordering and manage insurance-related communications.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining clear updates and quality control from start to final vehicle delivery.
- Adhere to insurance guidelines and company standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to team success.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications
- Experience in body shop estimating is required.
- Proficiency with the CCC Estimating System is required.
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software is preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong organizational skills and basic computer proficiency.
- Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
