Job Details
- Salary: $20 to $25 per hour
- Job Type: Full Time
- Location: Phillipsburg, NJ 08865
Key Responsibilities
- Order, receive, and bill automotive parts accurately
- Maintain proper storage and stock shelves
- Assist retail customers and technicians, including phone support
- Manage parts inventory through bin counts and record keeping
- Perform parts pick-up and delivery as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Work alternate weekends as required
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Work Hours
This position requires availability for a flexible schedule, including some evenings and Saturdays.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
- One to two years of automotive parts experience in a retail or dealership environment
- Customer-oriented and self-motivated team player
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with parts management software preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as walking, standing for long periods, bending, stooping, and reaching
- Experience using pallet jacks is preferred
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software is a plus; training provided for the right candidate
