Landscaper/Hardscaper

Responsibilities

• Execute landscape installation tasks including planting, mulching, bed shaping, grading, and soil preparation.
• Assist with hardscape elements such as paver prep, material movement, and site clean-up.
• Read site layouts and follow crew leader instructions to achieve design intent.
• Operate hand tools and light equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain landscape beds, shrubs, and small trees for healthy growth.
• Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment on trucks and trailers.
• Maintain a clean, professional job site and respect client property at all times.
• Follow safety procedures and report any site issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping is preferred; motivated entry-level applicants are welcome.
• Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
• Familiarity with basic landscaping tools and materials is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
