Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sun Prairie, WI. As a Production Assistant, you will support day-to-day production activities, ensure quality control of graphic deliverables, and assist with installations and logistics. Responsibilities include preparing materials, monitoring production processes, maintaining a well-organized workspace, and collaborating with team members to ensure timely project completion. You will also interact with customers to address inquiries and provide updates, contributing to an exceptional client experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Production Assistance and experience in ensuring Quality Control
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to address client inquiries and ensure satisfaction
- Attention to detail for Editing and reviewing graphic materials
- Teamwork and collaboration skills to effectively contribute to a dynamic team environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with graphic production tools and materials is a plus
- Prior experience in a related field is advantageous but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a willingness to learn and adapt
