100% FTE, Days/Weekends. Hours are from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday with every other weekend required. Must be flexible to adjust hours as needed for operations. Every other weekend required. Position may involve light cooking of some ingredients for prep. You will work at the East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Culinary Production Assistant who:
- Provides outstanding customer and coworker service.
- Reviews production and stocking schedules.
- Accurately and safely prepares and portions food items.
- Sanitizes dishes, cookware, equipment, and environment.
