Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily and monthly P&L and balance-sheet reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy across multiple products and legal entities.
• Deliver clear, insightful commentary on P&L drivers and business performance to senior stakeholders.
• Act as the primary liaison for front-office inquiries, providing timely and well-supported responses.
• Oversee end-to-end front-to-back reconciliation workflows and drive enhancements to reduce breaks and improve operational efficiency.
• Own month-end close activities, including general ledger substantiation and variance analysis.
• Monitor financial activity across several entities to ensure proper booking, alignment, and reporting.
• Partner daily with regulatory reporting, treasury, operations, corporate control, technology, and market risk teams.
• Enhance the analytical environment through improved attributed P&L explains, tooling, and derivative-related analysis.
• Support ongoing initiatives to streamline processes, improve data integrity, and strengthen oversight frameworks.
Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
