Base Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 Bonus

Our client, a well-capitalized commercial bank with a strong footprint across niche lending verticals, is looking to add a Senior Credit Analyst to its Structured Finance team. This role focuses on underwriting and managing transactions where repayment is driven by underlying asset cash flows, offering exposure to a diverse set of asset classes. It’s a strong seat for someone looking to deepen their credit skillset while working closely with relationship and portfolio management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Underwrite and assess credit risk across structured and specialty finance transactions backed by cash-flowing assets
- Partner with Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers to evaluate, structure, and manage new and existing deals
- Prepare detailed credit memoranda for new originations, renewals, and amendments
- Analyze borrower financials, collateral performance, and underlying asset cash flows to support credit decisions
- Monitor portfolio performance, including covenant compliance and ongoing credit quality assessments
- Support the renewal process by coordinating with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure timely execution
- Review legal documentation to ensure alignment with approved credit terms and internal policies
- Maintain adherence to internal credit frameworks, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards
- Track market trends and industry developments to inform credit analysis and portfolio strategy
- Assist with portfolio administration and reporting to ensure accurate and timely oversight
