A fast-scaling SaaS company is seeking an accomplished Director of Product to define product direction and lead the evolution of its digital platform. This is a strategic leadership role that combines product vision, operational excellence, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is a proven product leader who thrives in growth-stage environments and knows how to translate vision into measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Establish a clear long-term product strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Lead multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
• Define success metrics, monitor performance, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Build and mentor a talented team of Product Managers, setting high standards for product execution and customer impact.
• Promote a data-informed culture—using insights, experimentation, and feedback loops to guide decisions.
• Optimize resource allocation, product portfolio balance, and cross-team communication.
• Drive continuous improvement, fostering innovation and accountability across teams.

What You Bring

• 8 years of experience in Product Management, including at least 2 years managing PMs in a SaaS or enterprise software setting.
• Proven success leading end-to-end product lifecycles—from ideation through scaling.
• Strong analytical mindset paired with customer-centric decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level influence.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
