What You’ll Do
- Establish a clear long-term product strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- Lead multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
- Define success metrics, monitor performance, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Build and mentor a talented team of Product Managers, setting high standards for product execution and customer impact.
- Promote a data-informed culture—using insights, experimentation, and feedback loops to guide decisions.
- Optimize resource allocation, product portfolio balance, and cross-team communication.
- Drive continuous improvement, fostering innovation and accountability across teams.
What You Bring
- 8 years of experience in Product Management, including at least 2 years managing PMs in a SaaS or enterprise software setting.
- Proven success leading end-to-end product lifecycles—from ideation through scaling.
- Strong analytical mindset paired with customer-centric decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level influence.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.

Salary : $215,000 - $255,000
