Key Responsibilities:
- Support the ongoing management of a diversified portfolio of project-based financings across data centers, infrastructure, renewable energy, and LNG liquefaction/export terminal projects
- Perform detailed credit analysis including financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and downside scenario assessments
- Prepare credit memoranda for new transactions, amendments, and annual reviews with a focus on risk identification and mitigation
- Monitor borrower performance and ensure compliance with financial covenants and reporting requirements
- Partner with internal stakeholders across coverage, risk, and operations to facilitate smooth execution and portfolio oversight
- Assist in evaluating transaction structures, collateral packages, and key contractual agreements
- Track portfolio trends, risk ratings, and key credit metrics while maintaining internal reporting tools
- Participate in credit committee discussions and portfolio review meetings
- Identify potential credit issues and proactively recommend solutions or restructuring strategies
- Ensure alignment with internal credit policies and regulatory standards throughout the deal lifecycle
