QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid Georgia certificate in Social Studies. Experience with co-teaching model preferred. Knowledge and experience at the high school level desired.
NOTE: Application will not be considered until three references are received.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
01. Plan and implement lessons for students enrolled in curriculum
02. Collaborate with Data Teams to develop common plans, assessments, and grading
03. Plan and implement co-teaching lessons, if necessary
04. Understand the importance of remediation and developing strategies which meet the needs of the students
05. Tutor after school, if necessary
06. Attend outside meetings through the RESA and the State during the school year and summer, as is deemed permissible
07. Develop differentiated instructional strategies which meet the needs of students
08. Be willing to assist with extra-curricular activities
09. Other duties as assigned by Administration
Salary: Based on appropriate salary schedule as well as experience and certificate level.
