Position Summary
: Madison Core Laboratories Phlebotomist's are responsible for efficiently and accurately collecting blood and specimen samples for laboratory analysis, depending on their specific facility.
This position will be expected to work a flexible work schedule serving Dothan and surrounding areas. (Working Hours could range between 5:30am- 5pm)
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently collect blood and specimen samples- based on facility needs
- Identify patients and their personal information using a form of ID and/or medical records
- Ensure quality and quantity of collected samples
- Label samples correctly and send or deliver for testing
- Answer related patient questions and provide useful information
- Adhere to all health and safety standards while working in the facility and/or traveling
- Follows instructions and other duties as directed by supervisor

Experience
- 3 years of related experience, Preferred
Education
- H.S. Diploma, Required

- Phlebotomy Certification, Preferred
