We are recruiting for a Dispatcher for our Mobile Phlebotomy Services.
FLSA: Full-Time | Non-Exempt | Hourly
The Mobile Phlebotomist will have to be efficient with time management, good communicator, above average working on a laptop/surface, and highly skilled phlebotomist to be successful drawing the geriatric population. This position works under the supervision of the Mobile Phlebotomy Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Enter in your mileage and complete queues
- Act as liaison with client and dispatcher
- Respond to dispatch on questions about new orders and or about orders drawn
- Monitor throughout the day new assignments
- Monitor all your supplies to include expiration dates on tubes and reorder supplies as needed
- Good customer service skills with clients and patients at all times
- Maintain daily records and logs per each facility
- Maintain Professionalism at all times
- Report on time per your shift
- Maintain good communications with your supervisor
- Follow preanalytical processes such as patient ID and proper PPE as needed
- Most importantly be reliable team member
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- 2 years' experience drawing in the field/healthcare setting (long-term care setting preferred)
Compensation:
- Hourly compensation commensurate to experience.
