Go Store It Management, LLC is growing, and were looking for a motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team!
In this role, youll play a key part in keeping our financial operations running smoothlyfrom invoice processing to vendor relationships and month-end close support. If youre detail-driven, dependable, and ready to make an impact, we want to meet you!
What Youll Do
- Process and reconcile invoices with accuracy and proper coding
- Manage electronic payments, check runs, and bank deposits
- Maintain organized and up-to-date vendor records
- Communicate with vendors to resolve questions and discrepancies
- Support month-end close and audit preparation
- Assist with 1099 processing, business license renewals, and sales tax payments
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting best practices
What Were Looking For
- 2 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
- Experience with Yardi or similar accounting software preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Preferred (Not Required):
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
