Mader Group USA is seeking experienced Drill & Shovel Mechanics with 3–5 years of hands-on experience working on heavy mining equipment to support our field service operations across multiple U.S. sites. What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting heavy mining equipment
- Strong working knowledge of drill and shovel systems, including:
- Atlas Copco / Epiroc drills (DM series, Pit Viper exposure preferred)
- Sandvik drills and support equipment
- General hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems across mobile mining fleets
- Experience with component changeouts, breakdown repairs, and planned maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability in field environments
- Ability to work independently across remote or rotating mine sites
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screening
- Flexible field service assignments across multiple U.S. mine sites
