Pediatric Physical/Occupational/Speech Therapist

Made For More Pediatric Clinic
Evans, GA Full Time | Part Time | Contractor
POSTED ON 7/18/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 11/14/2026

Job Summary

Made for More Pediatric Clinic is a family-centered pediatric therapy practice dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential while supporting the families who walk alongside them.

We're looking for Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about providing exceptional care to children and families. We offer a collaborative, supportive environment where clinicians are encouraged to treat with purpose, build meaningful relationships, and enjoy the freedom to focus on quality care.

As a private-pay practice, Made for More is not insurance credentialed. This allows our therapists to spend less time navigating insurance requirements and more time providing personalized, child-centered care with greater clinical flexibility.

Whether you're seeking full-time, part-time, PRN, or contract opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized pediatric therapy services based on each child's unique needs and goals
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with children and their families
  • Complete evaluations, treatment documentation, progress notes, and required clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with other therapists and professionals to provide coordinated, family-centered care
  • Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with state licensure requirements

Qualifications

  • Current Georgia licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for working with children and supporting their families
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, individualized, family-centered care

Employment Requirements

  • Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain before employment), if applicable
  • Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening

We Offer

  • Flexibility to support work life balance
  • Competitive compensation based on experience, discipline, and employment type
  • A customizable benefits package with options such as paid maternity leave, student loan repayment assistance, sign-on bonuses, retirement benefits, and fully funded continuing education, specialty certifications, and professional memberships
  • Smaller caseloads that allow for individualized care
  • A supportive, collaborative culture where therapists are valued and empowered

Benefits vary based on employment type and position.

We value character, compassion, and a willingness to learn just as much as experience. If you're passionate about pediatric therapy and believe you'd be a great fit, we'd encourage you to apply.

A growing list of families is already waiting—we're looking for the right therapists to help us serve them. Join us in making a meaningful difference by providing expert therapy services that empower children to reach their full potential!
