Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with developmental delays, fine motor challenges, sensory processing differences, and functional skill deficits
- Administer and interpret standardized occupational therapy assessments
- Develop individualized, goal-driven treatment plans
- Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate therapy sessions
- Address areas such as fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, visual-motor integration, and play skills
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
- Communicate effectively with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members
- Collaborate with colleagues to support overall patient outcomes
- Stay current with evidence-based practices in pediatric occupational therapy
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current state Occupational Therapy license
- Pediatric outpatient experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time compensation structure includes a base salary with commission and incentives, with total earnings reaching $80,000 annually
- $5000 SIGN ON BONUS
