We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaner to join our dynamic team! Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of all surfaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors using appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health standards across all areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas by sanitizing fixtures, countertops, and appliances.
• Manage outdoor work responsibilities including trash collection, window washing, and outdoor surface cleaning when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with clients or team members regarding specific cleaning needs or issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow time management practices to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as carpet cleaners, floor buffers, or pressure washers with proper training.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and detergents; report shortages or maintenance needs promptly.

Experience

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial, residential, or hospitality settings is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning procedures including sanitation standards for various environments.
• Familiarity with the use of cleaning equipment and tools necessary for effective maintenance tasks.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients or team members about cleaning expectations.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle outdoor work conditions comfortably.
• Previous housekeeping management experience is a plus for those interested in supervisory roles.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
