Madden’s is currently seeking the position of Food and Beverage Supervisors for our 2026 season; this position will be responsible for overseeing an assigned outlet in the food and beverage operation in cooperation with the manager.
Qualifications:
- Supervising and assisting in the setup of restaurants, restocking, and performing food preparation and food service duties when
needed (including cooking, prepping, dishwashing, serving and hosting). - Opening and closing the dining building.
- Transporting staff and supplies to and from the work facility.
- Coordinating special events.
- Will perform duties such as menu development, recipe building, creating prep sheets, ordering, inventory, performance reviews, and scheduling
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of staff
- Directing weekly meetings and pre-shift meetings
- May supervise up to twenty-five (25) Waitstaff, Bussers, Food Runners, Wait Assistants, Cashiers, Cooks, and Baristas.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as required.
Skills and Abilities:

Education/Experience:
Three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination and experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position would supervise up to 25 restaurant staff along with the manager.
Work Environment:
Work is performed mainly in restaurant environments.
Physical Demands:
Primarily standing and walking for prolonged periods of time. Must have the ability to stand, walk, talk/hear, both in person and by telephone, occasionally required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50-pound boxes and items sometimes repeatedly.
Expected Hours of Work:
Varying schedule with nights and weekends required.
Travel:
Less than 10% travel required.
