Marketing Strategy and Performance Analyst (Verizon)
Summary
The Marketing Strategy and Performance Analyst will support the implementation, execution, analysis, and measurement of Base Management strategies developed by the Marketing-Sr Mgr. This position will also be responsible for leveraging the department's analytics and insights tools, such as Google Data Studio, Looker, ThoughtSpot, and Qualtrics, among others, to perform data analysis, build presentations, and formulate actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities/Duties
Support the development and implementation of key Business & Marketing strategies established by the Marketing-Sr Mgr to achieve Base Management goals (Revenue, ARPU, Retention, etc.):
- Assist in gathering insights from brand performance and existing initiatives to identify opportunities for optimization, improvement, or replication across other campaigns. (20%)
- Assist in the conception and development of new marketing initiatives derived from data insights or in support of new Commercial and Product launches. (10%)
- Create, track, and monitor the on-time development of all marketing initiatives; manage standard marketing processes (such as new campaign / change requests, creative briefs, and asset approvals) and lead the implementation strategy calendar to ensure on-time delivery. Maintain the master initiatives log to track real-time development stages. (40%)
- Engage and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, address execution issues, and proactively solve project roadblocks. (20%)
- Create and present materials to support marketing initiatives across other departments, keeping cross-functional teams aligned on deliverable progress, next steps, and additional requirements. (10%)
Job impact
While this person will not be directly responsible for financial budgets, the person will be supporting the Marketing-Sr Mgr to achieve the MKT goals with financial impact. The person should be able to advise and assist the Marketing-Sr Mgr in the development of strategies and their execution. This person will be responsible for supporting processes to implement Base Management activities and following departmental and company procedures while being legally compliant.
Decisions Made by this Position:
This person will only be responsible for minor day-to-day operating decisions regarding his/her main areas of responsibility.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in the telecommunication Industry.
- Preferred majors in Business Administration, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Administration or Marketing preferred.
