Are you Mad Nice? Downtown Detroit restaurant is seeking a creative Pastry Chef for this high volume, Italian concept. The newest addition to Heirloom Hospitality, Mad Nice, is an unexpected Italian menu paired with smooth service and elevated coastal vibes.Our Culinary Team is responsible for setting up the line with proper tools and products, and preparing their station for service. We seek individuals who thrive on quality, consistency and execution as well as maintaining a clean and efficient workspace to maintain Heirloom's Culinary Standards.The Essentials:Must value and support our TEAM!Must prioritize our GUESTS!Must be willing to learn AND teach.Must love to be in the know with all things culinary.Must want to contribute.
