Position Overview
We are looking for a Videographer Video Editor who can capture, create, and deliver high-performing, on-brand video content for our clients.
This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and execution-focused—someone who can film high-quality content and turn it into engaging, polished edits for social media, ads, and digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Production (Filming)
- Capture high-quality video content for client shoots (on-location in-studio)
- Execute shot lists and creative direction from the MMH team
- Set up and manage lighting, audio, and camera equipment
- Direct clients/talent on-site to ensure strong visual storytelling
Post-Production (Editing)
- Edit short-form and long-form content (Reels, TikToks, ads, YouTube, etc.)
- Add music, captions, transitions, and effects aligned with brand voice
- Optimize content for platform performance (Instagram, TikTok, Meta ads)
- Maintain consistent editing styles across multiple brands
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with creative directors, account managers, and clients
- Contribute ideas for content concepts, trends, and campaigns
- Stay ahead of social media trends and apply them to client content
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in videography and video editing
- Strong portfolio showcasing both filming and editing work (required)
- Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)
- Experience creating content for social media platforms
- Understanding of lighting, framing, and storytelling fundamentals
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience shooting for brands, agencies, or social media clients
- Knowledge of Meta ads / performance-driven content
- Photography experience is a plus
- Familiarity with fast-paced content production environments
